人的資本が重要とみなさん言いますが、企業の開示はまだまだですとのこと。

MSCI-ACWIでみると2019年と比べると開示率は上昇していますがまだまだ不十分です。

6つの指標は、FCLTGlobalのリサーチから重要と考える指標だそうです。

このpostの中で、

“Human capital” encapsulates the idea that employees, and all stakeholders, bring their own important contributions to a company, and the company prioritizes meeting their needs in return. Successful long-term companies consider the needs of various groups of stakeholders both internal and external to the organization.

Human capitalは従業員のことを指しているのだとずっと思ってきましたが、All Stakeholders なんですね。いろんなステークホルダーとの関係性も重要ですからね。
