1年間の議決権行使、関連するエンゲージメントを報告、内容に関心がありみていますが、いつも感心しています。Case Studyがいいですね、またHPにはBulletinもあります。

日本に関係ある議案

・三菱UFJFGへの株主提案：反対。法的拘束力ある定款変更＆相応の進展がある

・住友商事も同様

・東芝：臨時総会では２つとも反対。通常の年次総会では3名に反対、永山さん他の取締役候補は、リーダーシップの安定性が必要との判断で賛成
