2030年までに45％削減（2019年比）に対して、ShellのEnergy Transition Strategyでは、
Shellは7月20日に”Shell confirms decision to appeal court ruling in Netherlands climate case”とプレスしています。8月26日までに控訴を行うことができるそうです。まだリリースはありません（8/23時点）
